Ecological Metadata Query
Developed a SOAP-based query engine targeting distributed ecological metadata (Xanthoria) stored in lengthy XML files (Ecological Metadata Language, EML) using the xml databases eXist and Xindice.
Scientific Data Delivery
Built a web-based application that enables data retrieval of information collected by the scientific community. This was a website built in JSP and Javabeans.

Educational Scientific Data Delivery
Built a web-based application that enables school children to graphically and statistically analyze data online. This application was driven by xml configuration files. A graphing application was built using SVG and xsl.
